Videoon on mahdollista saada suomenkielinen tekstitys. Sen lopussa on videokuvaa tulvivasta joesta.

”India was politically under the control of Britishers. The developing country India attained freedom almost after 200 years when most of its resources were used by colonizers.”

”a new term erupted known as Neocolonialism. It was a matter of confusion among sociologist as it was likewise colonialism. But later on, it was concluded that neo-colonization is a practice where dominance is present but there is no direct political leadership. For example, a poor country needs some money, and a rich country provides it so in the name of debt former country loses its share of land, resources, and labours too.”

”the most fundamental concepts of Marxism”

”They are exploited because the difference — the ”surplus” — is appropriated by the ruling class, whether slave-owners, feudal lords or capitalists. In pre-capitalist societies exploitation is open and direct; the surplus is extracted by the compulsions of ownership (slaves) or feudal law (serfs). But in capitalism, exploitation is hidden.”

”neocolonialism, the control of less-developed countries by developed countries through indirect means.”

”The term is now an unambiguously negative one that is widely used to refer to a form of global power in which transnational corporations and global and multilateral institutions combine to perpetuate colonial forms of exploitation of developing countries.”

”Neocolonialism came to be seen more generally as involving a coordinated effort by former colonial powers and other developed countries to block growth in developing countries and retain them as sources of cheap raw materials and cheap labour. This effort was seen as closely associated with the Cold War and, in particular, with the U.S. policy known as the Truman Doctrine.”

”unless we are willing to help free peoples to maintain their free institutions and their national integrity against aggressive movements that seek to impose upon them totalitarian regimes”

    https://www.britannica.com/topic/totalitarianism

”Totalitarianism is often distinguished from dictatorship, despotism, or tyranny by its supplanting of all political institutions with new ones and its sweeping away of all legal, social, and political traditions. The totalitarian state pursues some special goal, such as industrialization or conquest, to the exclusion of all others.”

”A single party, centrally directed and composed exclusively of loyal supporters of the regime, is the other distinguishing feature of totalitarianism. The party is at once an instrument of social control, a vehicle for ideological indoctrination, and the body from which the ruling group recruits its members.”

  3. Tämä on vanha taktiikka. Yleensä sillä estetään vihollista hyökäämästä mutta nyt sillä tapetaan vihollisen keihän kärki. Kohta on päitä seipäissä.
